Rivers of Manipur

4.         The rivers in Manipur gen flow from North to South. In the Bishenpur sub div,        25 kms South of Imphal, a Hydel Project has been constr on Loktak Lake. The imp rivers in the area are:

            (a)       Thoubal R.

            (b)       Iril R.

            (c)        Imphal R.

            (d)       Irang R.

            (e)       Makru R.

            (f)        Barak R.
